If you're looking for a vacation rental, you've come to the right place! Our FAQ page will answer all of your questions about renting a vacation property.

The rental price covers the entire stay, including tourist taxes, bed linen, kitchen linens, all essential kitchen equipment, and final cleaning. You’ll also have access to the complex’s amenities, including pools, tennis courts, and a reception service.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the reception, where you will receive the keys and any necessary information. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

 

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. If you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival date, only the cost of the first night will be charged, and the remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made within 29 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% of the payment is due upon arrival.
